Don’t measure anything unless the data helps you make a better decision or change your actions — Seth Godin

When trying to create a habit, we define small yet achievable milestones and we improve upon it over a period of time. But are we making progress? Goals are not meaningful if it is not quantified. Quantified data will help us in knowing whether we are making solid progress towards each milestone and whether our actions contribute towards the progress.

We should periodically review our progress and correct the course if required.
